There is a trend lately for workout programs to keep the amount of workout equipment needed to a bare minimum. I was glad that Metaboost followed this philosophy. Don't get me wrong; I find that adding weights (even light ones) to workouts keeps me strong.
But the best thing about these exercises is that they don’t require special equipment. This made it easy to stick with the program while on the go. You can do the workouts pretty much wherever you want.
I used my living room mostly. You only need the following materials to perform all the exercises that the program offers:
- A water bottle
- Stopwatch or a timer
- A yoga mat

There are six workout routines in total. Each exercise routine ensures that you get a full body workout. I found them easy to follow, giving me a good calorie burn compared to how short they are.
The program guides you to perform each routine a couple of times with 10 seconds of break between them.
Additionally, the program offers a comprehensive 10-day workout plan where you need to perform a combination of two exercises each day. It means that you’ll only need just about 10 minutes to complete your daily workout routine.

Let’s take an example of workout 6 of the program. It consists of the following:
- Carb hold: 30 seconds
- Shake out legs for active recovery: 10 seconds
- Sumo sit: 30 seconds
- Shake out legs for active recovery: 10 seconds
- Left carb hold: 30 seconds
- Squat hold: 30 seconds
If you can’t perform all these movements, consider performing them for 15 seconds instead of 30. You can also increase the active recovery time to make this workout routine easy.
More Challenging Options
If your body allows you to perform the predefined exercises easily, you can make them more challenging using the following tips.
- Decrees the duration of rest period between different workouts
- Reduce the rest period between different rounds of a particular workout routine
- Add additional rounds of the same movement of each exercise
- Perform the exercise routine twice a day instead of once
- Add jogging, swimming, yard workout, aerobics, yoga, and biking to your daily routine
How to Measure the Results of Metaboost Connection Workout Routines
The program teaches you to take your body measurements before and after performing your daily workout session. It’ll help you measure the results of your exercises in real time. You’ll need to measure the following for this purpose:
- Circumference of each bicep
- Around each thigh

You can use a regular tape measure to take your body measurements to determine how your daily workouts are improving your physique.
Don't overlook this in any program you follow. Taking measurements every week will prove whether or not you are making progress because of how you look and not how heavy a scale is telling you.

This program is a good option because you have an army of motivated moms to cheer you on, support you, and help you succeed. Daily reminders make this program great for people who need an extra push.
Metabolic Renewal is designed by a naturopathic doctor, Jade Teta, who specializes in fitness and health. This fitness program offers a 12-week meal plan and aims to optimize women’s metabolism with the help of Jade Teta’s “4 M framework”.
- 4 M: Metabolics, Meals, Movement, and Mindset
Metabolic Renewal also offers guidebooks on eliminating belly fat and balancing hormone levels, along with a collection of 15-minute workouts. It’s a simple, easy-to-follow, and flexible program with several diet plans to support weight loss.
DIY Low Carb Diet Plans
If you don’t want to pay any money, you can make your weight loss diet. Ensure that carbohydrates make up less than 20% of your total daily calories and do some cardio at home. Several great YouTube channels put out videos, including XHIT and Rebecca Louise, that you can try out to fight weight gain.
Keep in mind that it will be hard to find something that is 100% structured. So you will need to study some and build a plan yourself.
